RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from RMM Home Store. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns are handled.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all included accessories and, where applicable, in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send products back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item in the order is delivered.

This statutory right is separate from any additional voluntary return period offered by RMM Home Store and does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we agree otherwise.

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, return or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether an exception applies to your product.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the quickest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

If more than 15 business days have passed after we confirmed that a refund was issued and you have not received it, please contact rmmhomestore@gmail.com.
